I always wonder how many people are working in a field connected to their original degree. I was a chemistry major and am a science teacher. But I know a math teacher ( a good one too) whose BA was in history! Tell us your degree and what you've done with it!

Well, I went away for the weekend and a conference so I could not post questions. Today's question is about allowance for kids- do you believe in giving one? Is it tied to jobs they must do around the house? I never had an allowance persay, but my mom always "hid" money in places where I had to dust and then she let me keep it- wasn't that just the greatest?!
